Storytelling/ Literature
“If You Take a T-Rex to School”
-Class Book
Introduction
We all know what to expect when we go to school on a daily base, but what if we took a T-Rex to school how would the dynamics would change. Having a story told from a toddlers perceptive can change the way an adult would view taking a T-Rex to school. This story telling will give the student a say in what they want to do if they had a T-Rex with them for a day.
Task
The students will be able to use the copier to make copies of the book for every child in the class room. We will use the classroom camera to take pictures of all the students creating there stories to make a "home" book for parents. We will also ask the child to make a short book 3-6 pages on how they would react and do if they brought a T-Rex to school.

Conclusion
Have the child communicate experiences, ideas and feelings though speaking, drawing there interpretation on what will happen if they bring a dinosaur to school. This will hopefully open them up for communication skills among fellow class mates and to adults.
